Tangalle Sri Lanka

Tangalle is a sizeable town in Hambantota District in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka, administered by an Urban Council. It is one of the largest towns in the Southern Province. The town lies 195 km south of Colombo and 35 km east of Matara. Tangalle enjoys a milder climate than much of the surrounding district and is known for its sandy beaches.
